Inventor David Skarman of Laguna Beach, CA is a firefighter with over 30 years of experience in Southern California. He invented Ember Blitz after witnessing a devastating wildfire in a coastal canyon near his station.
The wind-driven fire produced a massive ember drop. While triaging homes, David noticed one with all-wood siding. Acting quickly, he grabbed a hose line with Class A foam from his engine and saved the house with a swift application. That moment changed everything.
